National Product Manager Supply Chain Finance & Digital Lending

As a Product Management professional in the banking or NBFC sector, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Undertaking periodic review of the business P&L to identify areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions to ensure budget and return ratios are met. - Leading a team of Project Managers to work on new and ongoing projects related to LOS, LMS, IT Projects, regulatory and audit requirements, risk & compliance requirements, product programs, and policies. - Creating new, relevant, and scalable SCF products like TReDS, SID, Factoring, and Reverse Factoring. - Driving P&L by improving RM productivity, optimizing financial health, identifying products, segments, and markets to focus on, and formulating product programs and policies for SCF business growth. - Implementing new policies and amendments through proper communication/training, tracking business performance through MIS on various parameters, identifying additional revenue sources, working with marketing on schemes and campaigns, and initiating engagements with Fintech and technology companies for potential tie-ups. - Supporting the Business team to achieve yearly business numbers, preparing yearly business plans, charting out long-term plans, developing performance metrics for team members, and designing contests and marketing activities. Qualifications required for this role include: - CA/MBA/PGDM or equivalent. With 10-15 years of experience in Product Management in a bank or NBFC, preferably in Supply Chain Finance & related products, you are well-equipped to take on this challenging and rewarding position.
