Job Description
As a Reporting Analyst at Google Operations Center, you will play a crucial role in driving critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports. Your primary responsibility will be to develop business analysis and data recording systems for departmental implementation. This will involve maintaining databases, performing updates as necessary, and regularly examining data reports to identify and rectify errors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business analysis and data recording systems for departmental implementation
- Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Regularly examine data reports to identify and rectify errors
- Gather data and perform statistical analysis for various types of business reports
- Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers regularly
- Develop automated business reports leveraging available Google tools such as Apps Script, Macros, PLX, and Data Studio
- Create intelligent and automated tools tailored to business requirements through scoping and evaluation with key stakeholders
Qualifications Required:
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral) and stakeholder management at multiple levels
- 2+ years of relevant workforce management experience or equivalent
- Exposure to multi-channel and multi-skill inbound/outbound processes
- Knowledge of contact center methodologies, process requirements, and capabilities
- Ability to use SQL, Google Sheets in creating pivot tables, graphs, and charts
- Experience developing automated front-end reports and tools with business intelligence (BI) suites like Google Apps Script, Macros, SQL, PLX, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
