Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the vertical lead and senior leadership to assist in strategic planning and priority initiatives
- Lead the development of high-quality proposals, concept notes, and donor submissions
- Coordinate inputs from various teams to create cohesive and compelling documents
- Support resource mobilisation efforts through clear value propositions and narratives
- Translate program ideas, impact data, and research into persuasive written content
- Prepare strong presentations for donors, partners, and internal reviews
- Maintain consistency in messaging and strategic positioning across all documents
- Analyze program data, donor requirements, and market information to inform strategies
- Synthesize large volumes of information into concise insights and recommendations
- Assist in the preparation of briefs, summaries, and dashboards for leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and submission schedules related to proposals and strategic initiatives
Qualifications Required:
- 49 years of relevant experience in strategy, program management, partnerships, or resource mobilization
- Background in development, social impact, consulting, or entrepreneurship ecosystems
- Prior experience in proposal writing, concept note development, or donor-facing documentation
- Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity, structure, and storytelling
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, insights, and research
- Ability to create clear and compelling presentations
- High attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Effective stakeholder coordination and communication abilities
- Strategic thinking combined with a focus on execution
