Manager, Accounting - Cash Management

As an Accounting Manager (Cash Management) at Salesforce, you will be an integral part of the dynamic group of professionals within the worldwide Controller Organization based in Hyderabad. Your role will involve leading daily cash accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards and SOX controls, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in cash accounting processes. You will also be responsible for managing a team, preparing schedules for audits, and collaborating with various finance functions to streamline processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, manage, and oversee daily cash accounting operations, including posting, reconciliation, and analysis of cash transactions - Ensure timely preparation and review of bank reconciliations across multiple entities and regions - Partner with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and other functions to resolve discrepancies and improve processes - Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards, SOX controls, and documentation - Work directly with internal and external audit teams to support the audit process - Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to automate revenue accounting processes - Manage and prepare schedules to support monthly reviews, quarterly audits, and reporting processes - Collaborate with other finance functions to ensure alignment and drive automation initiatives - Train, develop, coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members - Monitor compliance with Corporate Accounting instructions and financial policies - Drive special projects through to completion - Maintain process documentation **Qualifications Required:** - 12 years of relevant professional experience focusing on accounting operations in a multinational dynamic environment - Deep understanding of US SOX Compliance requirements - Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, and other revenue recognition principles - Proficiency in ERP systems and willingness to learn new tools - Passion for process improvement and automation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to engage peers, team members, and stakeholders - Strong leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and adaptability - Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Join Salesforce today to unleash your potential and shape the future with the power of Agentforce.
