Lead Test Automation

As an experienced Lead Test Automation Engineer for the client requirement [OPL], your role involves leading the automation testing efforts for web applications. Your responsibilities include: - Leading the automation testing strategy and designing scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and TestNG/JUnit. - Reviewing automation scripts to ensure best coding practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective automation coverage. - Identifying test scenarios suitable for automation, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and analyzing automation results to maintain test reports and dashboards. - Mentoring and guiding automation engineers and QA team members to ensure automation stability and maintainability across releases. Required Skills: - Strong experience in Java and Selenium WebDriver. - Proficiency with TestNG or JUnit frameworks and knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) and automation framework design. - Experience with API automation using tools like RestAssured and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. - Solid understanding of Git version control, test reporting tools like Allure or Extent Reports, and the ability to analyze failures and debug automation scripts.
