Major Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise daily laboratory operations and ensure smooth workflow

Oversee sample collection, testing, and analysis for accuracy and reliability

Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
-
Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments
-
Monitor quality control (QC) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
-
Train, guide, and evaluate laboratory staff performance
-
Maintain accurate documentation of test results, reports, and lab records
-
Manage inventory of lab supplies, chemicals, and reagents
-
Coordinate with other departments, clients, and auditors as needed
-
Conduct internal audits and support external inspections for quality assurance

Stay updated with new laboratory techniques, equipment, and best practices
