Job Description
As a Junior Manager HR Service Delivery at our company, your role will involve working within the Group Reward and Benefits Operations team to contribute to the development of a high-performing Global Benefits Operations team. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager - Global Reward and Benefits Operations, you will be responsible for various critical activities such as Benefits Purchase Order creation, invoice management, vendor management, report generation, and query management. Your expertise in partner management, financial control, governance application, and execution will be essential for project success. Utilizing your experience in HR and payroll operations, process engineering, and process simplification, you will be instrumental in implementing guidelines and strategies to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy across multiple regions and time zones.
**Role Overview:**
- Work as part of the Group Reward and Benefits Operations team to support the development of a high-performing Global Benefits Operations team.
- Responsible for critical activities such as Benefits Purchase Order creation, invoice management, vendor management, report generation, and query management.
- Utilize your expertise in partner management, financial control, governance application, and execution to ensure project success.
- Implement guidelines and strategies to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy across multiple regions and time zones.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Expertise in Benefits Annual Enrolment, particularly for the Northern America region.
- Manage Northern American Leave of absence.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all reporting activities.
- Review and update various process documents and training materials.
- Perform CARM controls and data reconciliations.
- Review and reconcile vendor invoices within agreed timelines.
- Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendor teams.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
- Experience with Workday operations.
- Payroll experience is valued.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience in process mapping and data reconciliation.
- Ability to lead change and drive process improvements.
- Excellent English language skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
