Junior Engineer Maintenance

As a Maintenance Technician/Junior Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of injection moulding machines and related equipment. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing preventive and breakdown maintenance on injection moulding machines. - Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues effectively. - Monitoring daily machine performance and providing support to the production team. - Replacing, repairing, and calibrating machine parts as necessary. - Maintaining maintenance records and updating service logs regularly. - Ensuring machine safety standards are met to minimize downtime. - Coordinating with supervisors and vendors for repairs or part requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Knowledge of injection moulding machine operation and maintenance. - Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. - Ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during breakdown situations. - Strong problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills. - Willingness to work in shifts as required. Qualifications required for this position include: - Diploma/ITI/B.E in Mechanical/Electrical. - 03 years of experience (Freshers with relevant knowledge are also encouraged to apply).
