Java and Vue JS and AI Developer

As a Developer, Applications Development at TransUnion, you will play a crucial role in developing applications that integrate with existing point solutions. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager and the product team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, production-ready code. Your innovative mindset will contribute to enhancing the scalability and performance of TransUnion products. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and product team to develop applications integrating with existing point solutions - Write high-quality, test-driven code and resolve technical issues effectively - Implement innovations to improve scalability and performance of TransUnion products Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering discipline - 3+ years of experience in building Java backend services - Proficiency in Java, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and microservices applications architecture - Familiarity with Vue JS, Spark, map reduce, Python, GCP, Bigquery, SQL & NoSQL Datastore - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools like Jenkins - Hands-on experience with code control and code review tools such as Git and Gerrit - Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills - Team player with a high level of personal commitment and a 'can do' attitude - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/GCP is an added advantage Please note that this is a hybrid position, requiring you to perform job responsibilities both virtually and in-person at a TransUnion office location for a minimum of two days a week.
