Job Description
In this role at ServiceNow, you will have the opportunity to leverage AI technology to transform work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving. This includes integrating AI-powered tools, automating workflows, and analyzing AI-driven insights to enhance the function and industry. You will play a key role in creating and contributing to sales campaigns focused on IT Operations Management, leveraging IT Datacentre technologies, and enterprise architecture initiatives with ServiceNow applications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to and maintaining a showcase of ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Creating programs to enable Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of IT Operations Management
- Collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams on roadmap and field feedback
- Assisting sales personnel in qualifying Enterprise customer needs and conducting pre-demo needs analysis
- Providing mentoring and training to peers and colleagues within the organization
- Conducting product demonstrations for prospects and existing customers either onsite or via Zoom
- Generating product demo scripts, scenarios, and maintaining demonstration environments
In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess the following qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
- Understanding of enterprise architecture domains
- Familiarity with integration, observability, automation, and orchestration technologies
- Experience with AI-enhanced IT Operations, AIOps, and Machine Learning
- Knowledge of discovery technologies and event management platforms
- Understanding of service-oriented and distributed application architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Proficiency in scripting languages or protocols
- Pre-sales experience and IT Operations Management experience would be beneficial
