Head of Design

As the Head of Design at AjnaLens in Thane (Maharashtra India), you will play a crucial role within the Product Engineering team. Your primary focus will be on creating scalable product experiences and leading a high-performing design team. With 1012 years of experience, you will need to demonstrate expertise in UX strategy, design systems, and emerging tech interfaces such as AI, AR, and VR.

Your responsibilities will include:

• **Design Vision & Strategy:** Define and drive the overall design roadmap in alignment with product and business goals.
• **End-to-End Experience Leadership:** Lead UX/UI design across web, mobile, and AR/VR platforms from discovery to launch.
• **Team & Design Systems:** Build and mentor a strong design team, while establishing scalable design systems and processes.

You should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Product/UX/UI Design.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading design teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing shipped, scalable products.
• Previous experience in SaaS, AI, deep-tech, or AR/VR is preferred.
