Job Description

As the Associate Director / Head of Brand Communication at Borderless Access, The Panel Station, and MDforLives, you will lead the global brand communication strategy and brand marketing efforts. Your role is strategic, requiring experience in both B2B and B2C marketing to drive impactful communication campaigns across multiple regions. You will spearhead global conferences, events, and webinars to amplify brand presence and engage customers and partners effectively. Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a cohesive global brand strategy for all brands across various touchpoints
  • Leading brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice to ensure consistency in communication across different regions and customer segments
  • Collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align brand communication with business goals
  • Managing global conferences, events, and webinars to boost brand visibility and engagement
  • Overseeing logistics, budgeting, and post-event evaluation to ensure maximum ROI
  • Leading the creation of integrated communication campaigns to support lead generation, customer engagement, and retention
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of brand communication efforts and optimizing them to meet KPIs
  • Leading the digital marketing team to enhance brand presence on websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels
  • Overseeing the content strategy for blogs, social media, webinars, and other communication channels
  • Working closely with leadership, marketing, and business development teams to align brand marketing with organizational objectives
  • Managing relationships with external agencies, designers, PR professionals, and event organizers to deliver world-class brand experiences

**Qualifications Required:**

  • Strong experience in global brand and marketing communication
  • Ability to create and implement consistent brand messaging across diverse markets
  • Adept at managing cross-functional teams and external agencies
