Job Description

As a highly entrepreneurial Growth Hacker / Global GTM Lead at our company, you will be instrumental in unlocking distribution in developed markets such as the United States and Europe. This role goes beyond traditional marketing and focuses on discovering scalable growth channels, running rapid experiments, and building repeatable growth loops through creator ecosystems, communities, and product-led distribution. You will work closely with the founding team to identify unconventional distribution strategies and turn them into scalable growth engines. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and validate the best entry channels for developed markets like the US and Europe. - Design and execute early go-to-market experiments to drive adoption. - Discover niche communities, networks, and partnerships that can accelerate growth. - Build repeatable acquisition frameworks tailored for international markets. - Drive organic growth on social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. - Collaborate with creators and influencers to foster authentic adoption. - Build and grow communities on platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and niche forums. - Engage with teacher networks and learning communities in the US and Europe. - Manage global performance marketing campaigns across various platforms. - Run multiple rapid growth experiments every week to identify scalable growth opportunities. - Use data and analytics to refine messaging, positioning, and targeting strategies. - Work with product teams to integrate growth mechanics into the product. Required Experience: - 3-7 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or GTM roles. - Strong understanding of social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. - Experience managing performance marketing campaigns. - Experience targeting international markets, with a preference for the US or Europe. - Strong experimentation mindset and analytical thinking. Preferred Background: - Experience working in consumer startups. - Experience building or growing social communities. - Exposure to creator economy platforms. - Familiarity with growth analytics tools and marketing automation. Ideal Profile: - Highly curious and experimental mindset. - Deep interest in internet culture and viral distribution. - Comfortable operating in early-stage startup environments. - Ambition to grow into a Head of Marketing / Growth role.
