Full Stack Technical Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Technical Lead in the platform engineering team, where you will play a crucial role in building scalable, high-performance applications using Java and modern frameworks. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end feature development, driving engineering best practices, and ensuring the product meets high standards of performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end feature development, starting from ideation, technical design, implementation, testing, to release. - Implement engineering best practices including clean code, scalable design, thorough testing, and efficient CI/CD pipelines. - Utilize your deep understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs to build customer-facing, scalable products with high availability. - Collaborate with full-stack teams by working with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React. - Apply your experience with SQL databases, ORM technologies like Hibernate or JPA, and integrating message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ. - Prioritize performance tuning, profiling, and monitoring using relevant tools. - Utilize containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to enhance product deployment and scalability. Qualifications Required: - 9+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a focus on Java-based product development. - Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and frontend frameworks. - Proficiency in SQL databases, ORM technologies, message queues, agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices. - Experience with NoSQL systems like MongoDB, Cassandra, or similar. - Exposure to SaaS, B2B, or B2C products at scale will be beneficial for this role.
