You are a versatile Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on front-end development. You will be proficient in building dynamic, responsive, and user-centric interfaces using React and related technologies. In addition, some knowledge of back-end technologies, database design, and emerging AI capabilities (LLMs and agent frameworks) is desired. This role will give you the opportunity to own the entire user experience-from designing dynamic workflows to tracking and optimizing performance metrics-while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React components and dynamic workflows. - Optimize user experiences for performance and scalability, implementing best practices for state management, routing, and testing. - Establish and track UX metrics to continually refine and improve the user journey. - Integration with LLMs and AI Agents. - Collaborate with the AI/ML team to integrate Large Language Models and agent frameworks into the front-end. - Implement UI components and workflows that seamlessly interact with AI-driven back-end services. - Understand prompt engineering basics to facilitate front-end interactions with AI agents. - Work with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar) to build or enhance APIs and services as needed. - Contribute to database schema design and optimization, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval. - Assist in setting up CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers to translate requirements into robust, user-friendly applications. - Communicate technical decisions effectively and participate in architectural discussions to ensure front-end and back-end cohesion. **Continuous Improvement & Ownership:** - Own the entire development lifecycle for the front-end, from initial concept to release and maintenance. - Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify areas for improvement. - Stay updated on emerging front-end tools, best practices, and AI/ML frameworks to continually enhance the product. **Qualifications & Requirements:** **Experience:** - 5+ years of professional experience building web applications (front-end emphasis). - Demonstrable experience with React (Hooks, Context API, state management libraries like Redux, or equivalents). **Technical Skills:** **Required:** - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React-based development. - Knowledge of front-end performance optimization (e.g., code splitting, lazy loading, caching). - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL for data fetching. - Basic understanding of LLMs and AI agents, with the ability to integrate them into front-end applications. - Exposure to database design principles (SQL/NoSQL) and best practices for schema design. **Nice to Have:** - Experience with additional front-end frameworks (Next.js, Vue, Angular, etc.). - Familiarity with back-end frameworks (Node.js/Express, Python/FastAPI, etc.). - Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Experience with cloud providers, especially AWS. **Soft Skills:** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams. - Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and can operate with minimal supervision. - Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering on time. - Adaptable and open to learning new technologies as required.
