Job Description
You will be responsible for supporting business decision-making through financial analysis, credit loss estimation, and impairment provisioning. Your main tasks will include:
- Performing financial analysis focusing on Net Credit Loss and portfolio performance
- Computing impairment provisions (ECL) as per Ind AS 109
- Conducting Expected Credit Loss analysis and reporting
- Coordinating with stakeholders and auditors for audits
- Analyzing portfolio performance and estimating Net Credit Loss
- Tracking asset quality trends and business performance
- Providing MIS and analytical insights to management
- Validating models, assumptions, and data
- Ensuring regulatory and accounting compliance
- Supporting statutory, internal, and limited review audits
- Preparing schedules, reconciliations, and audit documentation
- Addressing audit queries with internal teams
- Working with Credit, Risk, Collections, and Operations teams
- Providing financial inputs for decision-making
- Supporting tracking of key business metrics
- Handling large financial datasets accurately
- Developing dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Supporting automation and efficiency initiatives
Preferred candidate profile:
- CA with 1 to 2 years post-qualification experience, or
- CA (Intermediate) with minimum 3 years of industry experience, or
- MBA (Finance) with 3 to 4 years of experience (R / Python exposure preferred)
- Prior exposure to NBFCs or banks preferred
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Strong analytical ability and data handling
- Good communication and stakeholder management
