As a Director BD MDS & Business Manager, your role involves providing appropriate supervision, coaching, and development to front-line sales associates.   • Exceeding or achieving assigned financial and operational goals for the branch
  • Developing a significant competitive advantage in all the branch's territories
  • Leading distributor management and liaison management by identifying the right channel partners and managing through systems such as inventory, accounts receivables, and ROI
  • Building long-term sustainable and profitable distributor relationships
  • Creating and maintaining an excellent customer interface through leading-edge customer focus and key account management
  • Administering associate-wise product forecasting discipline and coordinating with the commercial/supply chain for timely product availability
  • Ensuring minimal expiry/unwanted/non-moving products and maintaining collection discipline
  • Engaging in MIS reporting to keep the business leadership/marketing updated on branch market situations
  • Selecting, hiring, assembling, and coaching people from inside/outside the organization to drive a high-performance culture
