Role Overview:
As a Director Product & Solutions at Publicis Groupe India, you will play a crucial role in supporting integrated growth initiatives by connecting brands, practices, and capabilities across agencies. Your primary focus will involve coordinating multi-disciplinary solutions, improving collaboration across teams, and contributing to integrated pitches to expand relationships with key clients. While you will not have P&L ownership, your strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of incoming integrated leads, RFPs, and pitches across various areas such as Creative, Digital, Tech, Content, Production, Experiential, CRM, and Commerce.
- Assist in developing integration approaches for pitches and ongoing engagements.
- Maintain and update the Top 20 client knowledge system by tracking opportunities, overlaps, and identifying white spaces.
- Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and agency leaders to prepare materials and inputs for growth conversations with key clients.
- Coordinate with global, regional, and local stakeholders to capitalize on integrated opportunities.
- Identify repeatable cross-practice solutions, document best practices, and facilitate collaboration across teams to address operational or structural gaps in integrated projects.
Qualification Required:
- Approximately 912 years of experience in integrated marketing, consulting, strategy, or account leadership roles.
- Experience in agencies, consulting firms, or marketing organizations with cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to FMCG or large consumer brands is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of brand solutions, digital, CRM, commerce, and technology.
- Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in matrix structures, manage multiple workstreams, and exhibit traits such as structured thinking, attention to detail, collaborative mindset, commercial awareness, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Role Overview:
