As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products to the target audience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research to understand the target audience and market trends
  • Creating and executing paid ad campaigns on various channels such as Google Adwords, Social Media platforms, and Mobile Networks
  • Developing brand awareness strategies to reach the target market
  • Crafting compelling ad copies for different channels
  • Utilizing Google Analytics and Google Console to optimize campaigns and improve PPC/CPA
  • Running Email Marketing campaigns and implementing Growth Hacking techniques
  • Generating performance reports for each ad campaign and optimizing spends for better results
  • Engaging with leads to convert them into customers
  • Having a good understanding of Social Media Channels and SEO to optimize ads effectively

Qualifications required for this role:

  • MBA Degree
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Search Engine Marketing channels like Google Adwords, Social Media Ad Campaigns, and Email Marketing
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics and Google Console
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to analyze market trends and create effective marketing strategies
