Deputy General Manager - Finance - Commercial Operations & Gross to Net Sales Function

Role Overview: As the Deputy General Manager - Finance (Commercial Operations & Gross to Net Sales) in Lower Parel, Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to lead commercial operations and gross-to-net sales functions. You will ensure the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization by managing end-to-end operations, including chargebacks, rebates, sales returns, pricing contracts, and automation initiatives. Additionally, you will be leading a high-performing team to achieve these goals efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee financial operations for annual gross sales exceeding the set targets - Manage processes for chargebacks, rebates, sales returns, Medicaid, and other pricing adjustments - Ensure accurate accounting and reporting in compliance with internal and external guidelines - Maintain customer account reconciliations, resolve disputes, and monitor aging reports - Ensure timely collections and effective credit monitoring for improved cash flow - Collaborate with sales teams to update contracts and pricing data accurately - Drive RPA and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency - Lead software migrations - Identify process improvement areas and collaborate with IT for implementation - Coordinate with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance - Respond to audit queries with complete and timely information Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience in business finance, commercial operations, and gross-to-net sales in the pharmaceutical or allied industries - Proven expertise in handling large-scale operations with significant financial impact - Hands-on experience with SAP (FICO), Vistex, and other finance tools - Experience in managing American market operations - Strong background in statutory audits and MIS reporting Role Overview: As the Deputy General Manager - Finance (Commercial Operations & Gross to Net Sales) in Lower Parel, Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to lead commercial operations and gross-to-net sales functions.
