Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist at our company, your role will involve leveraging your 1-3 years of professional work experience to contribute towards scaling machine learning workloads and handling large volumes of data. You will be expected to work on optimization problems that intersect Operations Research, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning to solve business problems effectively. Your responsibilities will include auto-scaling ML pipelines, test automation of critical algorithms, contributing to the development of logistics planning pipelines, and creating a data platform for data mining and insights generation. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute towards scaling machine learning workloads to handle large volumes of data - Solve optimization problems in the intersection of Operations Research, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning - Auto-scale ML pipelines and automate critical algorithms - Develop logistics planning pipelines integrating big data, operations research, and machine learning - Create a data platform for data mining and insights generation Qualification Criteria: - Excellent understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and optimization algorithms - Experience in designing and developing NLP applications - Prior experience in building geo-analytical models and various clustering algorithms - Experience in applying machine learning models on large volume datasets and high-velocity small datasets - Familiarity with data visualization tools running on big data infrastructure - Experience in working with cloud-native AI and ML offerings Technologies: - Python, R - Big data Spark/Hadoop - Data storage SQL, noSQL, Graph, and time series databases - Data Visualization Tableau, PowerBI, Zeppelin, and other open-source tools - Hands-on experience with Operations Research tools and technologies - Working experience on Azure/GZP/AWS - Deep learning TensorFlow/Keras This is a fantastic opportunity for a data scientist with a strong background in data science, operations research, and engineering principles to make a significant impact in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.
