Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and executing strategic account plans. This includes forecasting, pricing strategy, and pipeline management. You will also be identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for products, solutions, and value-added services.
Your key responsibility will be to build strong relationships with decision-makers across various departments such as procurement, production, engineering, quality, and senior management. You will conduct regular account reviews, performance updates, and business development meetings. Acting as the primary point of contact for escalations, negotiation, and commercial discussions will also be part of your role.
Understanding manufacturing processes, product specifications, and technical requirements of customers will be crucial. You will collaborate with internal teams including production, engineering, quality, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment. Additionally, participating in plant visits, demos, trials, and sample evaluations will be part of your responsibilities.
Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, pricing changes, and customer procurement shifts will be essential. You will provide insights to management for strategic decision-making and product development. Supporting the development of product positioning and go-to-market strategies will also be a key aspect of your role.

Ensuring compliance with customer contracts, SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements will be important. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate CRM data, sales reports, and account dashboards.
