As a Content Engineer at Meltwater, a global software as a service company, you will be a part of the Content Support team, dedicated to expanding and maintaining editorial content and Media Relations data with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Your role will involve mastering Meltwater's content crawling solutions to configure, optimize, and maintain crawler setups. You will analyze website structures, HTML source code, and site behaviors to create accurate XPath and Regular Expressions for data extraction. Additionally, you will continuously improve extraction quality, monitor and troubleshoot crawling issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction through improved data completeness and reliability.
