Business Intelligence Analyst 3

As a Senior Business Analyst at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Adobe Digital Experience Customer Success Teams. Your main responsibility will be to empower the customer success team by providing them with the necessary tools, resources, reports, operational processes, data, analysis, and insights to enhance their performance and impact customer experience positively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide a data-driven approach to all customer success team functions to ensure customer success - Develop and implement business processes, driving change and continuous improvement through rigorous analysis - Own all reporting and analysis of customer success core metrics such as renewal rate and accounts at risk - Interpret results using various techniques, from simple data aggregation to complex data mining, independently - Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics and trends, serving as a key resource in interpreting data and translating findings into actionable insights - Conduct ad-hoc data manipulation and report creation in Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, etc. - Build and maintain reports in PowerBI for executive operations - Conduct data analysis to demonstrate correlation and causation, providing actionable insights to CSM leadership and other BU leaders **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or a related field - 3 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or data science sector - Experience in creating dashboards and data visualization for executive audiences - Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, with PowerBI preferred - Demonstrated working knowledge of DAX and MDX - Advanced to expert Excel user with working knowledge of other business-facing tools like SharePoint and Power Automate - Expertise in PowerPoint, including experience in creating data-intensive presentations - Expert to moderate level of SQL skills - Data warehousing and data modeling skills (RDBMS, OLTP, DW, OLAP, etc.) - Exposure and hands-on experience of working on Data science models would be a plus - Experience architecting end-to-end business intelligence solutions (Data Architecture) would be good to have - Experience of working in a SaaS/Tech industry is a plus - Excellent organizational, project management, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills - High attention to detail and follow-through - Proven ability to manage through change, adapt, and thrive under disruptive circumstances - Ability to quickly learn new software, explain business concepts, and self-train - Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse set of internal stakeholders, including senior-level executives, technical, finance, legal, sales, and marketing - Strong verbal and written communication skills At Adobe, you will be part of an exceptional work environment that is globally recognized on Best Companies lists.
