<p><strong>Key Job Roles</strong><br/>1. <strong>Customer Acquisition</strong><br/>Identify and approach potential customers (individuals, SMEs, traders, corporates)<br/>Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking<br/>Convert leads into active CASA account holders<br/>2.<strong> Field Sales & Marketing</strong><br/>Visit local markets, offices, and business hubs<br/>Promote bank products like savings accounts, current accounts, debit cards, etc.<br/>Conduct small promotional activities or campaigns<br/>3. <strong>Relationship Management</strong><br/>Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers<br/>Ensure customer satisfaction and retention<br/>Cross-sell other banking products (loans, insurance, fixed deposits)<br/>4. <strong>Target Achievement</strong><br/>Meet monthly/quarterly CASA account opening targets<br/>Maintain minimum balance requirements in accounts<br/>Focus on high-value accounts (especially for current accounts)<br/>5. <strong>Documentation & Compliance</strong><br/>Collect and verify KYC documents<br/>Ensure accounts are opened as per banking norms and regulations<br/>Coordinate with branch staff for smooth onboarding<br/> <strong>Skills Required:</strong><br/>Strong communication and persuasion skills<br/>Sales and negotiation ability<br/>Basic banking/product knowledge<br/>Fieldwork readiness (this is usually not a desk job)<br/>Customer handling skills<br/><br/></p>
