<p>The Key Responsibilities of the Incumbent:</p>

<ul>

<li>To identify potential insurance advisors and recruit them in accordance with the managements business plan.</li>

<li>To aim, to have a team of highly productive advisors.</li>

<li>To set targets for advisors.</li>

<li>To meet expected sales target consistently.</li>

<li>To facilitate training, monitor on the development, and give the feedback on the performance of the advisors.</li>

<li>To review performance of the advisors regularly.</li>

<li>To maintain daily activity and recruitment tracker.</li>

</ul>

<p>Desired Profile:</p>

<li>MBA in Marketing / Graduate - Any Stream.</li>

<li>Good academic record.</li>

<li>At least 3 10 years of Sales Experience in Finance companies / Banks/ Consumer Durables/Telecom Sector/ Top Advisors/Members of MDRT. Must have stick to a company for at least one n half yrs all thru career.</li>

<li>Fairly good command over English as well as local language.</li>

<li>Should be presentable.</li>

<li>Aggressive nature with an aptitude for sales.</li>

<li>Constant, positive mental energy.</li>

<li>Ability to motivate people and lead a team</li>

<li>Good networking skills to generate leads and recruit influential advisors</li>

<li>The candidate should be local or should have worked in the specific location for a minimum of 4 7 yr</li>
