Job Description
As a Business Development Executive at Specular Business Services LLP, your role is to promote and sell Digital Marketing and IT Services to local startups, SMEs, and businesses in Pune. You will be responsible for client acquisition, sales of digital marketing and IT services, client consultation, revenue target achievement, relationship management, and more.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Acquisition & Local Market Development**
- Identify and approach startups, small businesses, and established firms in Varanasi.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking events, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Build strong relationships with local business owners and decision makers.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations.
- **Sales of Digital Marketing Services**
- Promote services such as Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, etc.
- Understand client marketing challenges and recommend suitable service packages.
- **Sales of IT & Web Services**
- Promote services such as Website Development, E-commerce Development, CRM Solutions, etc.
- Assess business needs and explain technology solutions in simple terms.
- **Client Consultation & Proposal Development**
- Understand client goals, budget, and timeline.
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations.
- Present service scope, deliverables, and expected outcomes.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- **Revenue Target & Performance Management**
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline and follow-up system.
- Track leads, proposals, and closures.
- Submit regular sales reports to management.
- **Relationship Management & Retention**
- Maintain long-term client relationships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between client and internal delivery team.
- Support renewal and contract extension.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 14 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in field sales and client meetings.
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
**Preferred Experience:**
- Experience selling digital marketing or website services.
- Strong local business network in Varanasi.
- Understanding of the startup ecosystem.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
