<p>The candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching <strong>foreign hospitals, healthcare organizations, or recruitment agencies</strong> that require <strong>Indian doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff</strong>.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Identify and approach <strong>international clients</strong> who require <strong>Indian healthcare manpower</strong>.</li>

<li>Build relationships with <strong>overseas hospitals, medical groups, and healthcare recruitment partners</strong>.</li>

<li>Generate <strong>56 active clients</strong> who can collaborate with us for healthcare recruitment.</li>

<li>Coordinate with clients to understand <strong>job requirements and vacancies</strong>.</li>

<li>Maintain professional communication with <strong>foreign clients</strong> and support business development.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Experience in <strong>recruitment consultancy, placement agency, or HR consultancy</strong>.</li>

<li>Comfortable communicating with <strong>international clients</strong>.</li>

<li>Good <strong>communication and client handling skills</strong>.</li>

<li>Knowledge of <strong>healthcare recruitment</strong> is a plus.</li>

<li>Self-motivated and able to work on <strong>freelance / incentive basis</strong>.</li>
