As a Business Development Manager - APC at MAX Life Insurance Pvt., you will have the opportunity to build a distribution enterprise by recruiting and leading a team of Leaders who will further recruit agents and source direct business. Your role will involve enhancing the quantity and quality of recruitment by developing successful leaders and focusing on quality recruitment by the Agency Leaders and Agency Associates through one-on-one sessions. You will need to create a mutual support platform for Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agents to facilitate easier recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit a team of Leaders to source direct business through agents - Develop successful leaders to enhance recruitment quality and quantity - Conduct one-on-one sessions for quality recruitment by Agency Leaders and Agency Associates - Create a support platform for easier recruitment of Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agents - Focus on enhancing AFYP & Number of cases by the unit - Ensure compliance with various IRDA guidelines for agents, agency associates, and agency leader unit - Timely contracting of agents and agency associates within regulatory guidelines - Monitor IRDA guidelines affecting the AAP channel at the regional level - Track competition at the regional level for new strategies and compensation models Additionally, you will be responsible for building a chain of successful leaders (Financial Executives), conducting agent satisfaction surveys, organizing sales promotion activities, and assisting in the overall running of the office.
