Business Analyst (Remote) - Banking

As a Business Analyst in the Payment Domain at Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS), you will have the opportunity to contribute to the analysis and documentation of technical requirements and business/technical process workflows for various Payment products. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and documenting technical requirements and business/technical process workflows for various Payment products
• Participating in Business process re-engineering for all the Payments process and related banking products
• Facilitating requirements gathering and design sessions with business and technology stakeholders
• Liaising with business users to create test plans, manage testing, and track defects, enhancements, and questions
• Participating in testing, resolving bugs, re-testing failed tests, and conducting training sessions for users
• Participating in other system rollout phases such as training, production Go-live verification, etc.
• Engaging in general BA work including production support and BAU enhancements of in-house business applications
• Creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Demonstrating good knowledge of SWIFT payments messages and related products and services for cross-border and domestic payments
• Understanding the domestic payment landscape including Bulk/ACH, RTGS, FAST, etc., and end-to-end knowledge of various ISO20022 messages fields/tags specifications
• Possessing knowledge of various products used in Domestic or International Banking Industries
• Conducting Business analyst activities such as creation of BRD documents and test cases

Qualifications required for this role include a Graduate degree in Banking or Finance from a recognized University or a professional qualification in Banking or International Trade Finance. You are expected to have relevant 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Payments domain in global banks, product companies, or companies providing product implementation services in the banking domain.
