As a Brand Designer at Suramya, you will be responsible for creating visual identities, graphic designs, and packaging for our clients on a day-to-day basis. Your role will involve showcasing your branding and packaging expertise, along with utilizing your creativity to deliver outstanding design work. This is a full-time position, and we welcome both On-Site Candidates in Noida or Lucknow and those who prefer working in a WFH setup. Key Responsibilities: - Develop visual identities and graphic designs that resonate with clients' brand image. - Create innovative packaging designs that stand out in the market. - Collaborate with the team to ensure timely project delivery. - Utilize your UI/UX design skills to enhance user experiences. - Showcase your video editing abilities to add value to projects. - Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues. - Manage tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Qualifications: - Must have 2-5 years of agency experience, with internships not being counted. - A strong portfolio showcasing your design work is essential for applying. - Experience in UI/UX design, video editing, or graphic design is a plus. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required. - Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial. - Demonstrated project ownership and task management capabilities. - A Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
