As a Project Contracts Manager, you will lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will oversee contract development, negotiation, review, and execution, while also monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors will be crucial, as well as ensuring projects adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Oversee contract development, negotiation, review, and execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure projects adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Prepare and present project status reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures
- Ensure Adani's brand values are reflected in all interactions
- Build a high-performing team, set clear KPIs, and promote continuous improvement
- Champion a digital mindset within the organization to enhance innovation and competitiveness

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
