Role Overview: Coupa is seeking a Data Quality & Management Specialist to join their team. As a Data Quality & Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of sales data within the SFDC Sales Cloud and Snowflake data warehouse. Your responsibilities will involve data stewardship, data analysis, enrichment & intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Data Stewardship: Take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of sales data within SFDC Sales Cloud to maintain high standards of accuracy. - Data Analysis: Generate reports in SFDC and Snowflake and conduct data analysis to support data-driven decision-making by leaders. - Enrichment & Intelligence: Integrate third-party data providers like D&B and ZoomInfo to enhance lead, contact, and account intelligence. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to address data discrepancies and translate business needs into technical data requirements. Qualifications Required: - Experience: Minimum of 4-7 years in Data Quality, Sales Operations, or Data Management. - CRM: Proficiency in SFDC Sales Cloud, including object relationships and data validation rules. - Database: Intermediate SQL skills are required. - Third-Party Data: Proven experience in managing D&B and ZoomInfo integrations. - Spreadsheets: Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel. - Data Operations: Experience in data quality management in CRM and whitespace data analysis.
