Assistant Manager - ITAC & Data Analytics

Role Overview: As an ITAC-Data Analytics-AM, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making within the organization. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing complex datasets, developing insightful reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior management, providing data-driven recommendations to improve business performance and customer experience. The insights you generate will directly impact key business outcomes, such as revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze large and complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable analytical solutions, driving business value. - Conduct statistical analysis and build predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes, supporting strategic planning and resource allocation. - Present data insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders, influencing business strategy and driving positive change. - Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing data validation procedures and monitoring data integrity, maintaining the reliability of analytical results. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve data analytics processes and tools, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the data analytics function. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - Experience with SQL and other database technologies for data extraction and manipulation. - Adaptability to work in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with on-site collaboration as needed.
