Job Description

As a Digital Lead in our company, your role will involve leading end-to-end digital initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality across shopfloor and business functions. You will be responsible for business analysis, project charters, and project delivery, requiring a hands-on approach with technology and strong stakeholder/vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover, scope, and justify projects; define KPIs and ROI, and draft/own project charters.
  • Lead solution design and development using technologies such as .NET, Python, JavaScript, and MS SQL. Oversee web-portal development and internal dashboard implementation.
  • Drive IIoT/Industry 4.0 programs including sensor/PLC integration, OPC-UA/MQTT, edge gateways, and data pipelines to MES/ERP/SCADA systems.
  • Manage Agile/Stage-Gate execution, budgets, risks, and change management processes.
  • Handle vendor management activities such as RFPs, evaluation, negotiations, contracts/SOWs, and SLA governance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, coach engineers/analysts, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Create clear executive decks and status reports for leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT and/or digital solutions delivery with strong architecture and code review capability.
  • Prior experience with manufacturing companies is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with application stacks, databases, and familiarity with APIs/integration.
  • Practical experience with IIoT/Industry 4.0 solutions and shop-floor connectivity.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), stakeholder communication, and vendor negotiation.
  • Strong executive presentation skills and team leadership capabilities.
