<p data-end="1069" data-start="789">We are seeking an experienced <strong data-end="884" data-start="819">Finance & Accounting Digital Transformation Assistant Manager</strong> with strong domain expertise across <strong data-end="947" data-start="921">R2R/P2P/O2C/AP/AR/FP&A</strong> to lead finance transformation initiatives, process optimization, automation, and solution design for enterprise clients.</p>

<li data-end="1451" data-section-id="14i602u" data-start="1370">Design end-to-end functional solutions across AP, AR, RTR, and FP&A processes</li>

<li data-end="1544" data-section-id="yscpxz" data-start="1452">Translate business requirements into functional design documents and solution blueprints</li>

<li data-end="1631" data-section-id="1kioniw" data-start="1545">Collaborate with technical teams for accurate system configuration and integration</li>

<li data-end="1715" data-section-id="1qxxuvc" data-start="1632">Drive finance process standardization, optimization, and automation initiatives</li>

<li data-end="1799" data-section-id="xz8d6y" data-start="1716">Support SIT/UAT testing phases, validate results, and resolve functional issues</li>

<li data-end="1876" data-section-id="1wshpo5" data-start="1800">Assist in data migration validation, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare</li>
