Architectural Interior Technician

As an Interior Draughtsman at CPKA, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality detailed drawings and construction documents for a variety of projects including interior fit-outs, high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional spaces. You will collaborate closely with designers, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure precision, coordination, and adherence to project standards. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed interior drawings such as plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), furniture layouts, joinery details, and material specifications. - Transform conceptual sketches and design briefs into comprehensive working drawings. - Ensure the accuracy and technical compliance of all drawings with local codes, regulations, and design standards. - Coordinate effectively with architects, interior designers, MEP Engineers, consultants, and vendors to align design intent and site requirements. - Review and update drawings based on feedback, site changes, and consultant inputs. - Maintain drawing documentation and version control across multiple projects. - Conduct periodic site visits for measurement verification and implementation checks. - Provide guidance and supervision to junior draughtsmen when necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or equivalent. - Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite is an added advantage. - Strong understanding of construction techniques, interior detailing, and materials. - Ability to interpret and work with architectural and engineering drawings. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Effective communication and coordination abilities. - Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
