Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify and connect with potential leads through field visits to schools, colleges, coaching centres, or residential areas.
  • Institutional Sales (B2B):
  • Map schools and colleges in the assigned territory; interact with Principals, Teachers, and HODs to sell ERPs, Digital Classrooms, or LMS solutions.
  • Admission Counselling:
  • Act as a career counsellor to guide students on suitable courses and convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Seminars & Events:
  • Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations in educational institutions to build a pipeline.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.

The qualifications and skills required for this role include:

  • Education: Any Graduate; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven track record in field sales, preferably in EdTech, Insurance, or Telecom.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English and the regional language.
