UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web, mobile, and software applications. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in shaping user experiences across various platforms. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this role: - Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web, mobile, and software applications. - Create wireframes, prototypes, iconography, and mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe XD. - Apply usability principles and best practices to deliver high-quality designs that enhance user experience. - Translate business and user requirements into effective and elegant UI designs. - Stay updated with current trends in UI/UX design, responsive web design, and interaction design. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an agile environment. - Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. - Contribute to and maintain the brand's visual style while ensuring consistency across all platforms. In order to be successful in this role, you should possess the following experience and qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design within a product or SaaS company. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Strong front-end development skills including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, ReactJS, and Git. - Experience with WordPress and WIX for building and managing website content. - Strong understanding of responsive web design and accessibility standards. - Solid knowledge of branding, brand design, and marketing integration. - An excellent portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across platforms. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with a user-first mindset. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Additionally, if you have experience conducting user research and usability testing, or possess skills in animation or motion design using tools like After Effects or Lottie, it would be considered a plus.
