Job Description
As a candidate for the Field Sales position in Gurugram, your role will involve understanding the core business philosophy and methodology of the company. You will be responsible for executing the thought process towards product and pricing, as well as generating potential business leads from sourcing channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and assessing the potential of the designated market
- Assessing customer profiles, collecting necessary documentation, and recommending customers to credit buyers for approval
- Servicing existing channels and empaneling additional sourcing channels such as OEM exchange outlets, used dealers, commercial associates, and referrals
- Prospecting new and existing customers to generate sales
- Managing relationships with dealers, commercial associates, referrals, and other sourcing channels to ensure business volumes are generated
- Monitoring deferrals, post disbursement documents, and ensuring timely collection through various communication methods such as third party info disclosure, verbal, written, soft copy, and mail
In terms of qualifications, the company is looking for candidates with relevant experience in Field Sales, either as a fresher or with 1-3 years of experience specifically in Home Loans.
