Job Description:
->Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and lead generation
->Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
->Explain products and generate sales leads
->Maintain call records and update CRM systems
->Build and maintain good customer relationships
->Process orders, follow-ups, and maintain sales documentation.
->Prepare reports, quotations, invoices, and dispatch records.
->Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
->Assist sales team with daily operations and order processing.
->Maintain accurate sales records
->Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
->Coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams.
->Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
