Job Description
As a Team Lead, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead a team engaging in Customer Interaction, Documentation, Application programming, and Delivery.
- Interact with customers for requirement gathering and project delivery purposes.
- Manage a team of resources throughout the end-to-end project delivery process, including people management and technical solution implementation.
- Play a key role in Requirement Gathering, Client Meetings, and Project Life Cycle documentation by preparing documents such as SRS, detailed design document, use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, and class diagrams.
- Define product specifications and assess operational feasibility.
- Write well-designed, testable code, conduct Code Review & Unit Testing.
- Integrate software components to create a fully functional system.
- Develop software verification plans and implement quality assurance procedures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Code using dotnet technology including C#, ASP.NET, MVC 4.0/5.0, LINQ, Javascript, JQuery, and Angular JS (good to have), bootstrap.
- Deploy programs and assess user feedback & experience on application deployment.
- Code Enterprise level applications.
- Write database scripts and procedures.
