Team Lead- MERN Stack Developer

Job Description You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting requirements for enhancements to systems and/or business processes. Your role will involve understanding requirements and translating them into product features. You will write clean, testable code using MERN stack programming languages, develop technical specifications and architecture, test and debug various applications, review and refactor code, deploy fully functional applications, upgrade existing programs, document development and operational procedures, as well as support junior developers' work. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and document requirements - Translate requirements into product features - Write clean, testable code using MERN stack - Develop technical specifications and architecture - Test and debug applications - Review and refactor code - Deploy applications - Upgrade existing programs - Document procedures - Support junior developers Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript - Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model - Experience in JavaScript Frontend Framework/Library (e.g., ReactJS, AngularJS, Vue.js) - Experience in JavaScript Backend Framework/Library (e.g., Node.js, Express.js) - Experience with Popular React.js Workflows (e.g., Flux or Redux) - Familiarity with JavaScript Standard ECMAScript (or ES) - Experience in .Net core is an added advantage - Knowledge of secure authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token - Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., NPM or Yarn, Gulp or Grunt) - Experience with common front-end development tools like Babel, Webpack, etc. - A knack for benchmarking and optimization Qualifications Required: - Education: BE / B. Tech / MCA / B. Sc.
