Job Overview

We are hiring a Team Lead Life Insurance who will be responsible for driving sales performance while managing and mentoring a small team of insurance sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of life insurance products, leadership capabilities, and good MIS/reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance sales executives to achieve sales targets.

• Drive sales of life insurance products through effective team management.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.

• Maintain and track MIS reports, sales data, and performance dashboards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members when required.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Life Insurance Sales (team handling exposure preferred).

• Strong team leadership and mentoring skills.

• Good MIS and reporting skills (Excel / CRM tools).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

• Language Preference: Tamil / Kannada / Telugu preferred.
