Job Overview
We are hiring a Team Lead Life Insurance who will be responsible for driving sales performance while managing and mentoring a small team of insurance sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of life insurance products, leadership capabilities, and good MIS/reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance sales executives to achieve sales targets.

Drive sales of life insurance products through effective team management.

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.

Maintain and track MIS reports, sales data, and performance dashboards.

Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members when required.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2 to 4 years in Life Insurance Sales (team handling exposure preferred).

Strong team leadership and mentoring skills.

Good MIS and reporting skills (Excel / CRM tools).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

Language Preference: Tamil / Kannada / Telugu preferred.
