Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at the leading performance-driven advertising company in Gurgaon, you will play a key role in the end-to-end recruitment process for India & APAC. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking ownership of the recruitment process to hire top talent and meet ambitious hiring plans - Proactively building talent pipelines and driving hiring process improvements - Partnering closely with hiring managers and leaders to provide market insights and guidance - Managing full lifecycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation - Providing excellent candidate experiences and internal client service - Leading projects to improve recruiting efficiencies, hiring quality, and employer branding - Building relationships with local universities for entry-level hiring pipeline - Maintaining the integrity of applicant tracking system and requisition trackers Qualifications required for this role include: - 7+ years of experience as a TA Partner with strong knowledge of talent trends in the India market - Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements within recruitment function - Experience in hiring for various roles with a focus on technology, product, services, and sales - Proficiency in sourcing, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems - Numerate, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data Bonus points if you have experience in campus hiring, Ad-tech industry, or APAC market.
