Job Description

You will be joining ANZ, where the focus is on utilizing technology and data to enhance the financial wellbeing and sustainability of millions of customers. As a Technical Business Analyst in the Tech Pacific Domain, your role involves leading business analysis activities for complex projects, ensuring business objectives are translated into technical solutions, and managing teams towards successful outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Analysis:** - Elicitation of requirements - Analysis and problem-solving - Process mapping for current and target states - Identifying dependencies, risks, and issues - Utilizing stories and acceptance criteria - Building domain and application knowledge - **Deliver:** - Self-managing to deliver agreed outcomes - Effective communication and documentation - Responding to and inviting feedback - Facilitation skills for team-based activities - Learning ANZ release processes and Agile ways of working - **Connect:** - Supporting team/colleagues and developing relationships - Attending and learning in Guilds/CoPs - **Lead:** - Providing and receiving feedback - Sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues' wellbeing **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis with a good understanding of wholesale lending. - Leading and managing end-to-end gathering and analysis of business and technical requirements. - Collaborating with various stakeholders to define and validate technical solutions. - Analyzing business and stakeholders' needs to define detailed requirements supporting solution design. - Translating business objectives into actionable system capabilities aligned with enterprise architecture and regulations. - Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory environment. - Preparing comprehensive documentation, including use cases, prototypes, and technical specifications. - Operating effectively in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams and participating in sprint planning and retrospectives. - Acting as a key liaison between business and IT teams to ensure solutions meet user expectations. - Identifying gaps, dependencies, and risks, providing recommendations for improvements. - Maintaining traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and supporting testing. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives and building strong stakeholder relationships.
