Job Description
As the Senior Analyst, Strategic Resource Planning, your main role is to build and maintain forward-looking supply and demand plans across NBD and CBS to ensure customer experience is protected while optimizing costs (OPEX/CAPEX) and partner spend. You will translate operational signals into actionable capacity strategies, create scenarios and financial impact views, and support workforce evolution initiatives to enhance how TELUS plans, staffs, and delivers field services across lines of business and various products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Tactical RP, Dispatch/Field Operations, Finance, Product, and Partner teams to drive clarity on constraints, trade-offs, and decisions required to meet service commitments and growth targets.
Qualifications Required:
- 57+ years of experience in resource planning, workforce planning, strategy/analytics, operations planning, or related roles in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Proven experience in building forecasts, models, and scenarios using large datasets, with the ability to translate insights into decisions and actions.
- Demonstrated experience in influencing cross-functional partners and operating within structured governance and planning cadences.
Additional Details:
The role is based in Noida, Gurugram, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, or Bangalore.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and analytical methods such as trend analysis, variance analysis, and sensitivity/scenario analysis.
- Strong data literacy, including working with large datasets and developing repeatable reporting/insight views (experience with BI tools and SQL is advantageous).
- Proficiency in SAP and experience working with planning tools and operational systems to define requirements and test improvements.
Soft Skills:
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to connect operational levers to EBITDA/cost outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of tailoring outputs for executives and operational audiences.
- Skilled in structured problem-solving in ambiguous environments, simplifying complexity into clear options and recommendations.
- Change mindset, supporting the adoption of new processes and ways of working across teams.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
