Specialist / Sr. Specialist, Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at Colgate-Palmolive, you will be part of the Global Tech Team, deploying cutting-edge technology to enhance our digital engagement programs. Your main responsibilities will include: - Architecting, Developing & Supporting web / full stack applications for various multi-functional Projects. - Collaborating with a distributed team to determine the appropriate tech stack for applications. - Creating top-notch user interfaces and experiences for applications. - Implementing server-side logic and functionality for applications. - Designing and managing databases for efficient data storage and retrieval. - Writing unit tests, conducting testing, and debugging code to ensure application reliability. - Mentoring other developers in the Team as a Full Stack Mentor. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and deploying end-to-end web applications. - Minimum 3 years of experience in full product life cycle releases. - Proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, networking, and debugging. - Experience in developing frontend web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular. - Knowledge of relational database technologies, backend languages like Python and NodeJS, and code optimization in a production environment. - Familiarity with source code management using git and applying security standard methodologies. - Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Experience working in Agile/SCRUM development teams and applying user-centric design concepts. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with customer relationship-building abilities. - Familiarity with tools like Github, Github Actions, Apache Airflow, and static and dynamic analyzing toolsets. Preferred qualifications include experience in developing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization using Docker or Kubernetes, and working with Data Flow, Data Pipeline, and workflow management tools like Airflow and Data Warehousing solutions such as Snowflake and BigQuery.
