Senior Technical Delivery Lead

As a Senior Technical Delivery Lead in the BFSI industry with a focus on KYC, AML, and Compliance platforms, your role will involve leading the end-to-end delivery of technology platforms across global banking operations. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee platform implementation, tuning, and operational excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading global delivery of AML/KYC/Compliance platforms, including Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, Periodic Reviews, and Risk Reporting modules. - Overseeing implementation, configuration, and tuning of compliance platforms like Oracle FCCM, Actimize, NetReveal, or equivalent. - Managing the end-to-end alert lifecycle to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements such as BSA/AML, FATF, EU AMLD, RBI, and FIU guidelines. - Driving digital transformation and automation initiatives, including RPA, AI/ML solutions, and reporting optimization. - Leading cross-functional and cross-location teams to deliver on scope, timelines, and quality targets. - Collaborating with compliance, audit, and risk teams to ensure audit-ready solutions and regulatory adherence. - Planning and executing project governance activities such as sprint planning, dashboards, KPIs, stakeholder reporting, issue resolution, and risk mitigation. - Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing recommendations on process, technology, and compliance improvements. - Mentoring and guiding team members to drive skills development, knowledge transfer, and operational excellence. Your role will require expertise in the following areas: - BFSI domain knowledge including KYC, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Periodic Reviews, and Regulatory Compliance. - Delivery and Leadership skills in managing large cross-functional teams, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end program delivery. - Technical and Platform Knowledge with familiarity in compliance platforms like Oracle FCCM, Actimize, NetReveal, banking systems, ETL, SQL, reporting tools, and automation (RPA/AI). - Process and Governance understanding including 1LOD/2LOD frameworks, compliance processes, and audit readiness. - Experience in leading Digital Transformation initiatives such as process automation, workflow optimization, or system modernization. - Project Management skills utilizing Agile/SAFe methodology, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools for delivering complex projects globally.
